Mallow Wellbeing Group Program

Cost:
$35/session or pay for all 6 total of $180. (this is a saving of $30)
Price includes materials & refreshments.
Topics:
Session 1 - stress awareness & introduction to mindfullness & breath technique
Session 2 - supportive environment including sleep health, nutrition, exercise with a Guest Presenter Maree Taylor from Yogaheart who will guide us through gentle poses & breathwork for stress & insomnia.
Session 3 - self awareness & valuing yourself and others
Session 4 - stress reducing thoughts & healthy emotional expression
Session 5 - improving our communication & appropriate assertiveness with others
Session 6 - balancing elements of living , time priority/planning and committing to healthy change
This program is designed to allow real benefit in terms of the wellbeing change process - a chance to really integrate and practice new information and skills that will enhance your health, wellbeing and happiness.
If you have a New Years Resolution of loosing weight, better managing stress, or getting fitter ...this program can help you commit to the change process required to reach your goal. Often the support of others and the sence of being 'accountable' to others helps us to make those changes.
Individual Sessions
The program is also offered to individuals if you'd prefer a one:one session that is specific to your situation and needs. This is offered in a private setting with confidentiality assured.

The Mallow Wellbeing Program was originally based on the NSW Health Western Sydney Area Health Promotion Centre Stress Management & Assertiveness -building self confidence Manuals & Workbooks 1995, and has been developed to include modalities such as social health, environmental health, psychology, physiology and nutritional health as well as the more ancient traditional practice of mindfulness meditation. The program reflects the ESSENCE of Health model developed by Dr. Craig Hassed and utilised at the Monash University Medical School. A full list of reference material and list of health related practitioners consulted in developing Mallow Wellbeing is available on request.
